Our main product is not ready yet, but tonight we are launching the general purpose version of our scheduler.
The problem we are addressing is dynamic human resources scheduling. This problem is especially acute in the medical field.
Overbooking is the reason why doctor appointments are never on-time. The doctor himself might not be overbooked, but his support staff could be busy with another patient.
If you have multiple employees capable of performing multiple tasks, you will benefit from this product.
Our software takes into account the human bandwidth of each individual employee at any point of time and exposes to the end user on the web only time slots when these people are all available at the same time.
New features added tonight include ability to see a dynamically generated calendar for the next calendar month. We permit both same-day appointments and scheduling appointments far into the future. Fully booked days for a particular service will appear as unavailable, but that will depend on per-service bookings.
